About the space
Chambers 262 offers conference room facilities, ideal for meetings, seminars, workshops, training sessions, board meetings and professional mediations.
The conference and meeting rooms feature brightly lit spaces (which can be switched to half light or fully dark if required), as well as flexible layout options and the latest in audio visual technology.
Full day conference packages provide you with a range of catering options.
Please refer to the catering menu for your selection.
FULL DAY PACKAGE: $400 per day (plus GST)
Includes:
> Full-day room hire of both conference rooms [seating 12 and 10 people]
> Open from 8am, with the rooms closing at 5.30pm
> Continuous, freshly brewed coffee (coffee urn)
> Selection of teas, (hot water urn)
> coffee cups, jugs of water and glasses, plates, platters & cutlery
> Little Big Diary cows milk is provided.
(If you prefer oat, almond, soy milk etc, you are welcome to pop down to Coles supermarket, which is 200 m walk from our office).
> WIFI (Cyber secure / password protected for each booking)
> Carparking
For catering, please see below, website links to several local cafes.
You can request they deliver food and barista coffee to our kitchen or directly to the conference rooms.
You will liaise and pay for catering directly with the supplier – we do not organise this for you.
