    This new role requires you to work from 9am until 4pm on a Friday.

    Our current staff work Monday to Thursday & we now looking for an additional staff member to provide an office presence on Fridays.

    If you would like more than one day, please let us know as we can provide more work!

Who are we?

Chambers 262 is a serviced office in Dubbo in the Central West of New South Wales.

Conveniently located between Service NSW, and Smile Design at 262 Macquarie Street, Dubbo.

Close to cafes and restaurants (Press, Dahab, Vietnamese House, Down The Lane, Milestone Hotel and The Shire), we are 500 metre walk to Coles, Kmart & Dubbo Square.

Chambers has permanent office spaces - leased to professionals.

We have two conference rooms which are often used for family meetings, or mediations. The rooms have been designed to be noise proof to provide privacy and discretion. Dispute resolution, mediations and meetings can display a wide range of emotions.

It is important to us that people feel they can have difficult conversations discreetly - and have the opportunity to pop to the kitchen, out the back or to exit via different doors if required.

We are looking for someone who wants to work on Fridays.

What is the role?

The day-to-day routine:

  • Greet clients and visitors 

  • Answer telephone calls and front desk enquiries 

  • Establish and maintain a working relationships

  • General administration duties such as incoming mail, data entry and filing (electronic and physical copies)

  • Plan and schedule appointments, meetings, and assist with travel arrangements 

Skills Required:

  • Minimum 2 years’ relevant reception or customer service experience (preferred)

  • General computer knowledge and a competent user of Microsoft Office 365 including Word, Excel and Outlook

  • Superior planning and organisational skills

  • Effective communication skills – both oral and written

  • The ability to process payments via EFTPOS

  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team 

  • Adaptive work style to manage competing demands and perform under pressure

Successful applicants will:

  • hold a current driver’s licence

  • undergo a working with children check and criminal history check
